Jiangxi Sucker New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sucker Company) was established in June 2008. The address is located at No. 998, Changbei Avenue, Baishuihu Industrial Park, Nanchang Economic and Technological Development Zone. The registered capital of the company is RMB 10 million, accounting for 300 acres of land. At present, the total number of regular employees is 100.
Suker mainly has two series of products: synthetic acid series and synthetic ester series. Among them, the synthetic acid series products are: isononanoic acid, isooctanoic acid, n-valeric acid, isovaleric acid (2-methylbutyric acid), antiwear agent (oleic acid), stearic acid, etc. Synthetic esters are mainly polyol ester series products such as pentaerythritol ester. According to the application, the polyol ester is compounded with other functional additives to obtain various lubricating oils, refrigeration oils, insulating oils, etc.
At present, the company's synthetic ester project has a production plant with an annual output of 10,000 tons, and a plant with a production capacity of 30,000 tons is under construction. At present, the main users of synthetic ester (refrigeration oil) are Gree, Midea, Highly, Ruizhi and other air-conditioning (compressor) manufacturers. The main and potential customers of insulating oil are transformer manufacturers, wind power equipment manufacturers, large air compressors and refrigeration unit manufacturers.
Since 2016, the large-scale use of new refrigerants such as R32 has led to the rapid development of suitable environmentally friendly refrigerating oil, and the consumption market of organic synthetic acid, the core material for producing refrigerating oil, has grown rapidly. In order to improve the refrigeration oil industry chain and break the foreign monopoly, the company has invested in the production and development of various high-tech synthetic acids since 2017. Acid (n-valeric acid, 2-methyl butyric acid, 3-methyl butyric acid), n-heptanoic acid and other high-tech synthetic acid plants, currently has a set of 20000t/a isononanoic acid plant and one 6000t/a valeric acid plant One set of 3000t/a heptanoic acid unit, and its product purity reaches or exceeds similar imported products.
With the implementation of the "Montreal Protocol" and the implementation of relevant national policies, the application of new environmentally friendly refrigerants is in a stage of rapid growth, and the demand for matching synthetic lubricants and their base oils is bound to usher in explosive growth. POE ester (polyol ester) series products are lubricating oil base oils for air-conditioning compressors. They are widely used in air-conditioning compressors for household, automotive, and large-scale air-conditioning units. Matching performance, improving viscosity-temperature, and increasing viscosity index are currently in short supply. The company invested 600 million yuan in March 2018 and planned to establish an annual 30,000t/a polyol ester refrigeration oil production line, aiming to establish a national brand of refrigeration oil. The company's existing various types of polyol ester refrigeration oil products cover R134a, R404, R407, R410, R507 and R32 refrigerant compressor systems.
